• By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the software.

5. Ticket Sales and Refunds

• All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our refund policy, which is available on our website.
• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

6. Event Management

• We provide tools to assist with event management but are not responsible for the organization, planning, or execution of events.
• Event organizers are solely responsible for the content and conduct of their events.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the software.
• We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OWEEV CLOUD who has full ownership of (Tickets Casa), its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the software or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of KENYA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the software after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
